We have a 14-day, hassle-free return or exchange policy for V&S eyewear in new/ unused condition. If you aren’t totally satisfied with your new condition purchase, we’ll get you set up with a full refund or an exchange within 30 days of receipt.

Additionally, we offer a 60 day warranty for our eyewear . We’ll replace your purchase free upon receipt of defective product. Warranty does NOT cover scratches, breaks or other defects made by incorrect wearing or storage of the eyeglasses. Please see recommendations for care, use and storage of your eyewear.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

(Note: Refunds must be credited to the original payment method.)
